1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 teaspoons of honey

1 16oz. mason jar or cup with lid

*If the flavor is too strong or spicy, add a little more pineapple juice.

Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar and screw the lid down tight. Shake aggressively to get the honey mixed in. This takes quite awhile but it will eventually blend. Sip throughout the day and drink lots of water.
