Making homemade pancakes has never been tastier! I usually like to cook once and eat twice. I'm lazy in the kitchen, and I'm the first to admit it, so If I have a few empty Mason jars, I'll mix up more dry mix to use later.

Ingredients and supplies:
1 32oz Mason jar or another airtight container
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into the Mason jar and give it a good shake until all the ingredients are well blended. Label and date before storing for a future pancake breakfast. When you're ready to make breakfast, add the following liquid ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
