Bananas are cheap and healthy so, why not store some in your survival pantry?
1. Slice bananas about 1/4 inch thick and lay them flat onto a dehydrator tray.
2. Set the temperature of the dehydrator to 135 degrees F.
3. Set the timer for 6-12 hours once the trays are loaded into the dehydrating unit. Start checking the bananas every hour or so after 6 hours. Dehydrating times may vary.
4. Once bananas are dry, allow them to cool before packaging them in an airtight container.
