Do you have a special occasion and want to look your best? The perfect solution is an inch-loss body wrap! Unfortunately, wraps at the spa are pricey, and even sheet wraps ordered online are pretty much the same. Sheet wraps only cover a small area making it a pretty penny to wrap your whole body. The best solution is to make your own with ingredients in your kitchen already.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of instant coffee grounds
1 heaping tablespoon of aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon Epsom salt
2 teaspoons witch hazel
1 tablespoon coconut oil
6 pumps of Palmers stretch mark cream
Directions:
Step 1: Take measurements and pics of the area before you wrap. You might not notice the results in the mirror, but the tape doesn't lie!
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.
Step 3: Exfoliate skin in the area you wish to wrap. Removing dead skin and oils ensures proper penetration of the ingredients into your skin. Use a sugar scrub, dry brush, or scrubby gloves. Wraps work best right after a shower when pores are open.
Step 4: Rub the paste onto your skin and wrap it with saran or a reusable body wrap.
Step 5: Relax in your tub (empty) or lay out a large towel wherever you intend to relax for 1 hour. The paste is very messy, so plan to do your treatment in an area that's easy to clean up and close to the bathroom.
Step 6: Lightly rinse the grounds, careful not to scrub off the oils. I usually use cool water.
Step 7: If desired, mix aloe Vera gel and Palmers in equal parts and rub into the area after wrapping.
Step 8: Take new measurements and hydrate with plenty of water.
